Can you do something that isn't listed on your website?

Absolutely. The services listed are just some of the most common requests I receive. If you have something in mind that's legal, safe, and within my abilities, I'd be happy to discuss it. If I can't help, I'll always be honest and, when possible, point you in the right direction.

Who uses concierge services?

My clients include busy professionals, families, seniors, people recovering from illness or injury, small business owners, frequent travellers, and anyone who wants to reclaim their time. You don't have to be wealthy to benefit from having reliable help.

Do you travel?

Yes! My primary service area is Beaumont, Edmonton, and the surrounding communities, including Leduc, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Nisku, Devon, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain.

For clients outside my primary service area, I'm happy to travel throughout Alberta and Western Canada by request. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

Appointments are available during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, subject to availability.

Please note that premium rates apply for late evenings, overnight requests, weekends, and statutory holidays.

How do payments work?

I accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. For larger projects, recurring services, or special requests, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

You'll always receive a clear quote before work begins, so there are no surprises.

Can I book recurring appointments?

For many appointments, I bring the basic tools and supplies needed to complete the job. If your request requires specialized materials, products, or purchases, we'll discuss those details before your appointment.

If you'd like me to purchase supplies on your behalf, I'm happy to do that as part of your concierge service.

What if I don't see the service I need?

One of the best parts of hiring a lifestyle concierge is flexibility. If your request isn't listed on my website, don't hesitate to ask! If it's safe, legal, and within my abilities, I'll do my best to help or point you in the right direction.

How far in advance should I book?


I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-related services. However, I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I'll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests when my schedule allows.
