Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2026-01-01

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. This policy is intended to be fair while respecting the time reserved for your appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time may be rescheduled or refunded, less any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If I arrive at the agreed location and cannot complete the service because:

  • No one is available
  • Access is unavailable
  • Required information has not been provided

the appointment may be considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the booked service fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

I will always do my best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late to an appointment, the appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled bookings.

The full service fee may still apply.

Deposits

Certain services, including large projects, event planning, or custom bookings, may require a deposit.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if sufficient notice is provided.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Because many concierge services involve time reserved specifically for a client, completed services are generally non-refundable.

However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact me within 48 hours, and I will work with you to find a fair resolution whenever possible.

Custom Projects

Services listed as "Starting At" or provided by custom quote are based on the agreed scope of work.

If additional work is requested after the project has begun, additional charges will be discussed before proceeding.

Purchases Made on Your Behalf

The cost of groceries, gifts, event supplies, pet supplies, organization products, or any other purchased items is non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

Store return policies will apply where applicable.

Weather & Emergencies

Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, illness, or emergencies.

Whenever possible, I will work with you to find the next available appointment.

Travel Charges

Travel completed before a cancellation may still be billed if applicable.

Travel fees are calculated according to the pricing listed on the booked service.
